Don, what exactly is IN the meat hand? Is it a meatloaf formed around bone? Ribs? What is it???

It is a meatloaf formed into the shape of a hand...The fingernails are slivers of onion, and the "Bone in the wrist is also and onion chunk.

It was like a crumb type cake, literally looked like kitty litter andhad odd placements of Tootsie Rolls placed on top. It was sodisgusting. And the real coup de gr�ce? It was placed into a real kittylitter box!!! Ewww!!!
