Well, I married my dream girl
I married my dream girl
But she didn't tell me her credit was bad
So now instead of living in a pleasant suburb,
We're living in the basement at her mom and dad's.
No we can't get a home or a respectable loan,
Just because my wife defaulted on some old credit cards
But if we'd gone to Free Credit Report Dot Com
I'd be a happy camper (bachelor?) with a dog and a yard.

What a shallow bastard if it were true!  And stupid too -- you don't know your fiancee's finances before tying the knot (so as to insulate your own).  Had he done that he could be married to her and have bought the house in burbs without her before they got married.  Then he'd have his house, his girl and his dog.  Instead of being a dog!

The commercials are all pretty stupid, he has bad credit, and therefore has
to work at a Red Lobster?

Not only that, freecreditreport.com is anything but free. It's very misleading.

Here he is! I hope I am not violating any rules --- this is just a black and
white head shot of a clothed celebrity (I will of course delete, if I am wrong):

Here is a link to my wife being interviewed about getting kids to read....where else can I crow about it.

Oh and she was just notified that an article she wrote last year has passed peer review and will be published in a journal in the next few months.

Hey peeps, if you are on Facebook, HELP ME CHOOSE A MASTHEAD for a
newsletter I am working on. I will tally the votes at the end of the day and
choose whichever one gets the most votes. Cheesy, but fun!
