I would SO love to go to San Diego Con! Would especially love to arrange to
meet all my JBF buddies there too. Especially, she of the pony-magic. I see
you as the "mom" of all of us. Hope that doesn't offend, we're probably the
same age!

Marc I would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to get to go to the Con, if just to meet you and my other forum friends. I go to Gen Con in Indy and always have the best time. But I went out to drive Jon home from LA and spent way too much money coming across America *cough, cough, Vegas, cough, cough*.

Doesn't offend me at all, having some of you look at me as "mom" in the group, I love being a mom, it's the best thing ever.

Al I had no idea about the banana, but that still was so funny.

Juan, that pic is so huge!  Is that your wedding ring or your c*ck ring?

Why would you put a ring on a rooster?

Even if it's a big turn on the thought of me and my partner wearing c*ck rings...that's the pic of a 8mm tungsten wedding ring!

Oh man, I had the pleasure of working and attending the San Diego
Comiccon in 1992, before my senior year of high school.

I worked two days for a couple hours, then got to go for free the other
two. It was such a great experience. I racked up a ton of great comics,
FINALLY got to meet Mr. Byrne himself, a couple of times! It was at the
height of Next Men. Got to ask him a question about She-Hulk, had him
sign some of my favorite books, She-Hulk #1, a Hulk Annual, Next Men
#1 (as far as I can remember). Got to see a preview of the new Batman
Animated series, and generally just geek out. It was so much fun!!!

I also attended a seminar by Peter David, met Erik Larsen, met Jack Kirby
when I was working the typewriters making name-tags for guest, Sergio
Aragones and tons of other pros and newcomers. I highly recommend it if
you are ever out there. One of the big reasons I miss SD. Damn I need to
get myself out there!!!

Arc,

I think there is just some simple misunderstanding here is all. I posted,
then your post showed up right after mine saying: "Let's see if they don't
block the forum again" --- I thought you meant blocking this (the JB)
forum and was very confused. Thought it might have been something I
said.

I didn't understand your comments about blocking the forum at
all. My apologies.

But, I confess to being curious still, what forum are you worried about
being blocked, and why?
