Hmmm. that's gonna take a bit longer to be legalized. Unless you also love Utah. And being a Mormon.

Moyer -- re: Creatine
Although not a user myself, I've tried it and know MANY people who swear by it. The "loading dose" perscribed on the bottle is bullshit, but there are advantages to use. Creatine allows your muscle (and tendons) to hold water, thereby taking stress off joints and making the muscle appear fuller -- and capable of doing more work.
You should "cycle" creatine -- ten weeks on, six off, etc, or the body will adjust and it won't be effective. Of course, it should be used in conjunction with a protein supplement, too.

Cool Tom! Thanks for the info. That's how I'm pretty much taking it. Did my
first dose yesterday. I'm only going to take it on days I pump weights.

Dana,
Just because we get the right to marry doesn't mean we should be INSANE enough to actually DO it!!! (wink!)
Best wishes to you and your fiancee.

After two years of school and apprenticeships, my daughter Connie got her Virginia state beautician's / cosmetologist's licence today.
I'm very proud.

Congrats on your daughter's achievement, Brian.
A good stylist can make some serious cash, especially if she can establish a loyal client base. I've been going to the same woman for almost 15 years and only partly because she's an uber-hottie.
