Okay, if I may riff on Brian's joke for a second...

My friend Drew is a trainer at my gym.  Built like a brick shithouse, but nice as can be, Drew is brown-skinned -- dark dark DARK brown-skinned at that!  Anyway, new boss, new rules, so when Drew is training a client, he's not allowed to socialize with any gym members -- all well and good.

When training someone, he wears a black shirt; when just working the floor, he wears red.  Our joke is when I see him in a black shirt, I always say, "Oh, I can't talk to you now, you're in black."  Which isn't much of a joke, but there it is.

So, this afternoon, I see him and say my usual, "...you're in black" bit, and his client thought I said, "I can't talk to you now, BECAUSE you're black" and got offended -- as if that would be something anyone would ever say to anyone.

Later, dressed in red, Drew and I laughed ourselves silly over it.

"You people...."  sheesh...

All this talk on manscaping....!

Love your pics Jodi. You remind me of my sister so much (that's a good
thing) she rocked the big hair and glasses in the early 90s.

Yes Brian, I had a mullet in the 89/90 time frame. Nothing too bad... my
hair was surfer style on the front with an inch or two going down my
neck... it was in at the time! Buzz cuts never go out of style though...so
I'm sticking too it.

Anyone see that little muscle monkey Joey, on the latest season of the
Real World...hot little boy. Too many issues... but my gods... the amount
of product he has to put in his hair... it's ridiculous...

I can admit it, Moyer.  I'm too old for the REAL WORLD.  <sniff>  The escapades of drunken college students didn't interest me when I was in college and now, twenty-some-odd years later, it still doesn't.  (Worse, realizing I could be the parent of many of those characters.  THAT'S ugly.)

As far as hair product is concerned, been a LONG time...

The only hair product that gets mentioned to me these days is Grecian Formula.
