When I was in college and just coming out, I wrote a little column for the monthly GLB newsletter entitled "Straight" from Ed.

I came up with the title myself; I thought I was so clever.

The Facebook photo of me on the couch with the woman wearing the wig is from the era.

I did get a letter published in the New York Times a few years ago but the subject was local supermarkets.
