Facebook didn't alert us, because maybe you hadn't entered your birth date in it!

BTW, it's your birthday number .... ????

FB didn't alert me either.  Which means Moyer, they drummed ya right out of Facebook so you come crawlin' back to the Byrne Forum.  Well, the Forum doesn't go for BOOZE and DOPE.

I've always wanted to use that line somehow.

Well, the Forum doesn't go for BOOZE and DOPE

I think this thread alone disproves THAT!

I'll echo Tom's sentiments!  I have indulged in both* and I suspect a great many round these parts have.  Every night I have a drink with my wife.  And every now and again I'll meet up with the lads in the city for a pint or ten!

*I don't smoke grass anymore.  When I passed the bar (only time in my life I ever intened to pass a bar) I decided that as long as the drug was illegal I shouldn't partake, what with being an "officer of the court" and what not.  But if they legalize it . . . . . . .

I indulge in a drink now and again, though I no longer smoke the reefer.  If it were made legal i would indulge on weekends, much as I like to drink now.

I wish we had commercials like this one in the US, I laughed so hard I almost wet myself.

I am currently listening to this internet radiostation at work to see how long my co-workers can last.

You crack me up Ed! There's so much stuff you can approve and un-approve
in Facebook, I may have deleted my birthday alert or whatever. So yeah I had
to come slum it up on the JBF to get some sympathy.

Read this article in the morning paper.  The argument I make in favor of gay marriage is articulated by the couple at issue.  My favorite line in the article, because its patently ridiculous is:

Asked if the club ever excluded groups other than women from membership Schrager said, "There is no institutional memory. As the laws have evolved, we've evolved."

Of course they know! They just don't want to admit it!
