Okay, I made the mistake of getting on a scale this past weekend....and much like the diagnosis of High blood pressure, inspired me to quit smoking cold turkey (2 years later and still not interested in cigarettes), I have had a come to Jesus meeting with myself and following my simple self diagnosis os chronic fatass, I am marshalling all my will power towards a healthier lifestyle.

Better food choices, more exercise, and etc. If I can quit smoking I can do this.

I'll keep you posted,

Don

You can do it Don. I've been doing the same - down 34 lbs so far and
feeling so much better about myself. I want to get down another 20, and
I've been working out regularly at home with a great little doohickey that
hangs in a door frame and can be used for squats, crunches, situps and
pushups too.

I played Riff my freshman year of college and Tony my senior year.  LOVED playing Riff -- one of my favorite roles I'm wrong for.  The new Broadway version has the Sharks (a name that no PR can say, much less choose as the name of their gang) speaking and singing in Spanish, which I think would be awesome!

Yours is alright, Brian, but only because you're soft and creamy white skin.
And boobs.

I think thats more of a Bro-Mance.

Saw "Role Models" last night and enjoyed it very much.  I love me some Paul Rudd.  And Moyer you were right on both counts regarding boobies and Stiffler's ass.  If you dig KISS (which I don't) you might love this movie.
