What's ya'lls thought on Watchmen. I think I am the last person on the
planet who never read it. I don't intend to either.

------------------------

Just came home from watching and even though i liked it it i thought it felt a bit odd in certains parts. Also the movie feels really slow at times.

can't get enough....”

I’ve yet to read Book One of The Dark Age, which I have sitting on my shelf since it’s HC release, but I’ve loved every TPB before that one, so I doubt this will be different.  Love letter indeed.

More Don:
“Another good series to play with the concepts of ‘real’ superheroes was Top Ten...really enjoyed this, the love of superheroes was evident in the storytelling.”

I’ve “only” read Moore’s two volumes and the Smax spin off, but I agree that they were a heap of fun.  I’m not sure I’ve ever seen Moore that relaxed and playful in a concept without going very dark and such (and I do enjoy quite a bit of Moore’s ouevre so it’s not like I’m all against it)...  but this seemed very much more playful than he usually is.

Even more Don (different topic):
“ I had a pal who was constantly tripping over his.”

Well, that’s just bad technology.  You want to have something that takes little space when not use and then “unfolded” when required...  Telescope style, kinda.

Jodi, never heard those Mary Jane jokes, but I love ‘em.

As for size...  I believe I’ve said it before, but I think the two greatest errors or myths are 1) size doesn’t matter, and 2) size equals big.
I’ve yet to meet a woman who’d enjoy a TOO big penis any more than a TOO small one, but seeing as how all women’s vaginas don’t come in one size fits all, the game is rather one of fit than who’s the biggest.  Heck, whenever we put on clothes we’re fairly particular about them not sitting too tight or too loose for tastes, and this kind of thing would not affect our bodies? Yeah right!

Oh and as a total aside...  as I'm currently reading (nearing the end of) a book that I am really enjoying, I thought I'd share a recommendation with you guys...

Never Have Your Dog Stuffed:  And Other Things I Have Learned  by Alan Alda.  Recommended to fans of Alda for sure, but also to anyone interested in reading a good, enjoyable actor's memoir which isn't anything about name dropping and everything about living and acting.  Really good stuff!

Never Have Your Dog Stuffed

Seems pretty appropriate to the discussion at hand.
Oh, and did you know its possible to have too much "stuff"?

...I know! I was shocked too when I heard this: "Umm, its a little uncomfortable..."

Now that's embarrassing...
Apparently length and girth are a bad combo. Folks need to be more specific!

I'm telling you, Michael, it all comes down to fit (see above).  There simply is no size fit all (the army be damned!).

That sounds like the plot of a porno movie. The prince is going around looking for the one that "fits". Or has that already been done?
And notice I said "one", not "woman". So it could be a man, staying in context with the thread.
By the way, is there any such thing as TMI on this thread? I'm guessing not; just curious(no! not that kind of curious!)

Well, Michael, I think there will always levels of TMI that's not healthy (depending on the definition of info, of course) with regards to the survival of the thread.

As for the cinderella plot...  it sort of seems to obvious not to have reached the land of mainstream porno. Yet on the same time it seems, at least implicitly, to recognise the "women are not all the same size" too well to have been absorbed with anything mainstream, porno or otherwise.  But I don't know either way for sure.

Just wondering. I don't want to inadvertently lock the thread. You folks seem to be having fun. Plus, it seems to be the secret for getting that post count up in the stratosphere(Jodi got to two thousand in a year?! C'mon!).

You know, I was just observing the other day that I have never used the expression "TMI".  I'm just a curious mofo like that, I guess.

Way to go, Kevin! Now you can't say that anymore.

Incidently, that was the first time I had ever used it also.

And adding to the record, I did have to google the acronym to follow your argument, Michael.  Which possibly says quite a bit about the three of us...
