Hah! Brought a smile to my face. And reminded me of when I responded to some stuff Jesus had written in another thread earlier today. My post contained "Jesus wrote", "Jesus also wrote" and quite possibly "More Jesus", all of which somehow seemed a bit surreal while typing it.

We adopted our new dog on Friday and we've been settling in and getting her acquainted with the Mighty Stash.  A beagle/corgi mix, she has stage one heartworms and has had her first treatment -- as well as getting "fixed" -- so was on meds over the weekend.  And Stash was having NONE of it!  He wanted a playmate!!!! 

A few diarrhea-filled days later, we discovered she had another intestinal worm that she'd picked up at the shelter (blood in the poo... not pretty).  She's not completely house-broken, but she's recovering, so we're giving her a break -- but short walks every two hours or so. 

Her name?  Eric's idea:  Betty Poop.

Edited to add: I misread and thought you were still soliciting names.  I think Eric's name is quite good! 

Both are good, but "Darla Rhea" made me laugh out loud. 

She and Stash woke up this morning BFF!  They've been wrestling all morning in the living room.  Stash outweighs her by over twenty pounds, but if he has a ball in his mouth to distract him, she can hold her own.

She tends to hump him.  It's hysterical!  Not just from the front, she'll hump him from any angle, from the back, the side -- the front!!  If he's got a ball in his mouth, it means nothing to him.  If not, he gets kind of angry and mounts her, putting her down quick. 

Because of her obsessive humping (they're doing it now as I type this), we figured she was a lesbian, so we wanted a name that reflected her: short and tuff and girlie -- like Peg, or Dotty, or Midge. 

And then the GI-tract issues...
