Happy Inauguration Day, all.  It's so great to be unemployed as I got to see the entire thing.

Hi Ed...it's a shame that you are still unemployed. Something will come up.

BTW, i envy those who got the chance to see the ceremonies.

For me it's no big deal but i've got it easy: Great family and friends and healthcare pays for the meds. I'm not counting on a cure anytime soon, this is going to turn into one of those chronic diseases (like diabetes, which i also have - yeah i collect them chronic diseases LOL). An assle but manageable. Problem is a lot of people don't have it as easy as I do.”

Well, despite no immediate cure, I think the current available medication at least suggests that they’re moving in the right direction (albeit ever so slowly).  I mean, it’s not as if HIV as a chronic disease would be a good thing per se, but it seems ever so much better than being automatic ”quick” route to AIDS.
Hope you stay as healthy as you can for a long time yet, Pedro.

Probably true... and sad.  I sincerely doubt that improvements will come awashing over night.

Can understand that. :)

More Don:
”wanted to share a tune that I think should maybe be the theme song for the inauguration.  You will find it on the linked site...it's called Obama Song.”

Nice track  (though I’m having some problems with the downloading for some reason... can listen to it, but can’t seem to save it).

NOoOOoOOoooOOOoooOOOOO!!!!  (should be heard in slow motion for full effect)

”Well, in the interest of full disclosure, mine is broken. It's got a big crack in it.”

Have you tried cement, Al?

And apropos of of Juan’s pic...

Superman, Superman
Does whatever a super can
Fixes a thing
Here and there
Does the work
Everywhere
Come on
Here is our Superman

(Ok, so maybe a bit of a work in progress and nowhere near JB's Iron Man lyrics)
