You made me realized that I don't own a Vellux blanket. I should go out and get one.

1986? I had a mullet, though we didn't call it that, me and my little brother were having a competition to see who could grow it longer but mine started to get curly and I had to cut it off, conceding the already apparent victory of the other side.
Who's bald now.
Okay, balding, but still.

My hair also curls in the back when it reaches the mullet critical mass. Haven't had it that long in years. I use dog hair clippers for that "skinhead" look for the past twenty years.
Hey, I like the look. Fuck the skinheads; make THEM change.

Well....I was talking with an old college friend today. Reconnected after nearly twenty years. I asked her if she had spoken with my old college roommate of four years...or if she knew where he was? She told me that he had realized he was gay...and that he had made her promise to never tell me. That he had met someone and they were starting a life together. What? I wouldn't have cared. I've spent the last twenty years wondering if I had done something wrong. My Sister is a lesbian for Pete's sake!
It is my desire to let him know that it doesn't matter. That he is my friend and that as long as he's happy...I don't give a shit if he's gay or not.
I guess the thing that bothers me....is...did I ever give him the impression that I hate homosexuals? I don't believe I ever did. As I don't feel that way...never have. I'm gonna contact him.

Don you looked like a kid I would have wanted to hang out with. I grew up and hung out with all guys, hmmmmm life hasn't changed much for me.
My Nickname for some reason was Kate, opposite of the picture was a yard we always hung out at, we would have bond fires there and play baseball, football and just be complete goofballs. Man it was great it was before we had to worry about molesters, in the summer we got to stay out until all hours.

Chris, I don't think you gave that impression to him. As someone who was in your friend's shoes so to speak, it was the most frightening thing to do at the time, but I kept it from my CLOSEST friends for years.
If you contact him, he'll probably think your the greatest person int the world when you tell him why.
You sound like a good guy!
