You guys are the best, damn Tom you sure know how to put together a great guest list for your on going party.  I feel bad I derailed the party with being so sad, I got a full nights sleep last night and while it is -7 outside, it is sunny, so life looks much less dire.

Al thanks for stopping in from your time away to offer wonderful words of comfort

Steve your post was wonderfully written and so thoughtful, so nice to hear a son's viewpoint

Michael the "always with them" made the distance seem not so bad.

We go from pastrys to shit to family love all in a couple
pages...

Moyer LOL I think that is what I love about this thread too. Congrats on the new puppy, I am excited to see puppy pictures!!!

Victor I was worried about you, you had stopped posting for a while but it looks like you were busy baking, yummmmm.

Don very touching post, you and my dad would get along really well you are both great dads.

and you will always be the mom of the big fat gay thread so ...there is that as well.

Well, you are our collective, ageless cyber mom, aren’t you?  :)

I love that!!!!!!

You ARE too sweet, muscle man!  And you and Eric are lucky to have each other!

Joakim very true!

Minues 7???? NO F'N THANK YOU!!

I am in the office with my Black and Decker space heater placed directly
beneath my feet. My hands are freezing. It's beautifule and sunny, and
probably in the 50s about now. To me, that is cold.

And let me add, you are the the hot cyber mom who makes awesome fan-
boy gifts!

Post 1986... one of my favorite years... I was heavy into Transformer comics
(which I still have, and are probably worth a ton now), ALF, and Ferris
Bueller!

Um, would that be Fahrenheit then or Celsius... and which one's actually colder?
At any rate it was almost minus 10 degrees Celsius here earlier today (and nicely *note irony* moist Göteborg air to sweeten the pot) and of course I had a lunch appointment meaning that this, the so far coldest day of the week was suddenly the day I HAD to move out of the house.  Not a happy camper, and I went warmly padded.
Nice lunch though.

I was 3 in 1986.

Still looking for work. Which is not one of my favorite activities. But thankfully it's nice and warm here in San Diego. Even had to use the AC yesterday.
