I want to take a moment to congratulate Tom on such a strong thread.
I know that my marriage is that one thing that was missing in my life. My wife is my other half, and though before I met her I could never have imagined being married, I now could not imagine a life without her. She is my best friend and knows me better than anyone else in the world, sometimes she surprises me by knowing me better than I know myself.
I have found so much more joy, complexity, and completeness alongside her, I would be a cruel soul indeed to know what a marriage of two soul means an then try to deny that to another set of loving human beings.
