Well, as an American you do have the right to bear arms, which I suppose are pretty big... just see to that you don't have to get the paws along with them. Hard to live without opposable thumbs, I hear. ;)

Don, methinks the world trembles at his passing already. Everytime I see that avatar it evokes the DVD cover for The Incredible Hulk (i.e. the latest movie) and Tom being the substitute for ole Greenskin!

So, what's the regimen to achieve your goal?
The problem, believe it or not, is my height. Because I'm so tall, there is a lot of distance between joints for muscle to fill. For me to look as "big" as a guy who's 5'5", I have to put on almost twice as much muscle.
So I have LONG biceps and triceps, structurally. All that means is arms are going to be lean regardless of what I do. Still, I've changed my arm workout completely now - adding a seperate day for arms as well as hitting tris on chest day and bis on back day. We'll see what happens.

Well, I unsubscribed from Obama's emails today. When they asked for a reason, I typed "Pastor Rick Warren".
Does anyone belong to an organization promoting marriage rights for gays? I'm in the market (for an organization, not a gay wedding) and I could use advice on where to start.

Hah hah...thanks for thinking of me Victor! I don't want to own Tom...just
use him like a piece meat for awhile.
So I just chugged a 5-Hour Energy down. Don't think I feel anything just yet.
Taste just a tad better than cough syrup (if such a thing is possible). Anyone
ever try it?
