Moyer,

Is your haircut what military guys call "high and tight"?

True that -- and I read somewhere that 80% of people don't work in the field in which they're degreed.  I wonder if that's true...

----------------

I hear that's also true here.

Wow; that writer you linked to seriously needs to update his Facebook page,
Tom...

(Hi Jodi. I'm on vacation - I've run away to hide in the mountains in British
Columbia. I won't be here much for the next week or so...)

Thank for the good wishes everyone. I'm looking to start work as a substitute teacher to make rent while I do some writing at night. I'm enrolled in a comics writing class starting this Wednesday, so I'll see how that goes.

And here's a story the head of the UC San Diego theatre department gave on the first day of class.

"Okay students, if you're truly interested in entering the theatre professionally, there's one phrase you're going to have to learn. Would you like fries with that?"

Catching up...

Well done and congrats, Peter!

Still alive. Just been more or less off the internet the last couple of days.  And what little time I have spent have had a lot of various JBF threads, FB communications and what not calling on my attention.
And as mostly, I wanted to be able to digest this one properly, so it got to sit on the shelf for a wee bit.  ;)

Funny story, Al. That writer actually told me the same just a wek or so ago.  ;)

Oh, and all that talk about legs... no wing men then?  ;)

Tom has some remarkable guns.

Thank you, but just not true!  My upper arms measure 17.5", but that's no where in proportion to my chest and shoulders.  I need to get 'em up to 18" at the very least.  18.5" if I want to maintain proportion.

Arms are my target body part this year.  Can you tell?

My apologies...I made a false assumption based on the superior shoulder build you are clearly displaying in your avatar.  I wish you luck in your quest for greater caliber guns.

Then the world tremble at your passing...
