JODI -- I just got my Superpony in the mail yesterday!  It's totally GREAT!  I'll post a pic of us with it later today!

(The Mighty Stash thought it was a toy for HIM and kept whining and looking at the top of the piano all last night.  Finally, I had to put it upstairs to stop his noise.)

You are crazy talented and hysterical!  Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Tom

Thanks Tom for the kind words, I got all caught up on my bear business yesterday, spent the entire day working on the computer answering email and ordering supplies. So I will be working on some more ponies and hopefully this big ice storm doesn't go on too long, so I will be able to get to the post office. I feel bad I wasn't able to get all the ponies done before christmas, and I am sooooo close.

Funny my Chihuahua is such a big chicken, she is afraid of her own shadow, occasionally barks at the ponies. If you then put a pony on the floor she takes off like a shot. Kris the kid that is staying with us doesn't believe she is an actual dog. He keeps saying we need to get a real dog, a dog you can rough house with, a Hobo dog. (shelter dog )

I just finished a mouse I did for a friend, it is from the book "Despereaux", it's not the movie mouse it's the book one. She is a 4th grade teacher and she LOVES the book and reads it to her kids each year. This one is something I just learned to do, it's called needle felting. Which is the process of taking a loose ball of wool and take a barbed needle and keep poking it over and over until it takes shape.I am pretty pumped it came out OK.

Gah!   A postless day... *shudder*    The world is coming to an end

Awwwww What's going on?  if you want to vent, email or facebook wall to wall me.

Here is what the loose wool looks like

Finished mouse above

Oh and Steve email me if you could your profile doesn't list an email addy, I have a question. Also Juan and Don I emailed you guys but didn't hear back and I am afraid the email didn't get to you. Email me if you could.

Wow that mouse is AWESOME Jodi!!! It is so cute!

Yes we need pics of Tom with Superpony. I want one of Tom flexing with it
in his hand, like the classic bodybuilder pose.

Moyer I am thinking shirtless with it perched on his bicep would be cute. also thanks for the props on the mouse. I am just so excited to think you can take a ball of wool and turn it into something, whoever thought this process up was pretty clever. I mean, who looks at a sheep, then thinks "hey I bet if I cut all it's hair off, take a barbed needle and poke it a bunch I will get something."  Boogles my mind.

Edited to add:

Oh I wanted to tell everyone to have a great day today, for those in bad weather be careful. This will be my last post of the day because we had a snow day today and Jackson and I, are going to do some pretty serious snow day stuff. ie sit around in our jammies making christmas cookies and watching christmas movies. Yeah!!!!!! I LOVE snow days!
