Clairemont Mesa. Right near Clairemont and Genesee. I rent a room in a nice house, and am in the uncomfortable position of needing to find two new roommates ASAP so that I can afford next month's rent.

Bummer... I used to live in Mira (Mera?) Mesa...above Jack Murphy Stadium
(Qualcomm now) and then lived in Pacific Beach in Navy Housing.

Peter I wish you were in L.A. with a room to rent, Jon is looking for a place now and he is checking Craigs list, which scares the hell out of me, because I am new to Craigs list and I have horrible visions of a guy like Jeffery Dahmer writing a Room for Rent ad. =:0O LOL

Jodi, I've had good experiences finding places with Craigslist, but you do have to be careful. If you can go with him to check places out, that'd be for the best. While there are some shady customers out there, you'd get the same sorts of people in newspaper classifieds.
