Jodi, that video was a hoot! I forwarded it to my wife who teaches at a private school.

Those chickens would certainly come in handy during recess!

Those comment cards must be incredibly frustrating to write; you want to write some things that you know you shouldn't but you need to find a way to convince the parents that their child needs help. I don't envy you at all. Good luck!

Thank you -- I don't envy me, either.  Worse, I'm a music teacher, so, not just that I have to write comments for everybody, many of these kids I've had for four years!  What's left to say that I haven't already said?  Mostly, the comments become about behavior and effort in the classroom.  Still, I have 240 to write!

Hah! Your comment coupled with the fact that I was listening to Mr Bungle yesterday, made me think of Patton’s line in ”Carousel”:  ”I- I- I- I think I’m gonna be sick” (followed by sounds of hurling).

My TSC wrote:
” The original version only had the first seven colours which I chose to use as a stealth rainbow in protest to Prop’hate’...no one noticed and i have managed to keep it in place through all the permutations.”

A mighty fine way of civil protest that, Don.

OH AND JODI... congrats on meeting Stan The Man... I feel my comment
would be lost in the thread you started, but it really is just so awesome, and
you have officially become the coolest chick on the 'net! Would you marry
me? You can sleep with whoever you want... just keep making me neat little
things like you do (we could do a line of Pony's based on famous porn stars)
talk comics, and eat Frosted Flakes at midnight with me and we'll be best
buddies forever!
