Wouldn't a "fag-phobe" be someone who fears cigarettes?
In England. Here in the States, it'd be someone who can't abide bundled sticks...

I really dislike it when the dog watches my wife and I.
It freaks Eric out, too. Doesn't bother me a bit. I don't think the dog's thinking much of anything, really. Maybe -- ala Bart Simpson -- "he's trying to jump over that other guy, but just not making it."

I agree, and definitely share your love for language. And this thread is ever so much fun on that account as on so many others.

Good one, Pete. Actually, I've got a lot of British English in my system, so about every time I've read the word "fag" in this thread, my first thought have leapt towards cigarettes. Which is ironic considering I've never smoked a single one in my entire life. I guess it's queer. ;)

Tom, i hope that you share some pics of your doggies. And my parter and i can't do it with the dog and the cat around, so they must stay out of the room, but of course, they have their ears on the door, listening to everything.
My dog has a nickname between us...it's "Schwiegermutterhound" in German...in english it would mean "Doggie-mother-in-law"!

The Mighty Stash is on the first page of this thread, but I have some better ones of him. I'll post them tomorrow (have to get them off my phone and on to the computer). I only have one pic of our new girl -- the one I took of her at the shelter.

Now if the thought tickles you that much, imagine how much it'd tickle you to wear one.
I won't go into details about the many things I own that tickle me. (I do have a bit of an underwear "thing.") There, that'll give everyone's imagination something to do!
