I like plays on words. It's the reason I like the Black Adder series.

Example:

Private Baldrick: You know my dad was a nun.
Captain Blackadder: No he wasn't, Baldrick.
Private Baldrick: He was too, sir. Cause whenever he was up in court and the judge asked "occupation", he'd say "none".

Freedom ticklers?

With the election of Barack Obama, the Executive Order to replace the word "French" with the word "Freedom"  will be officially repealed on Janurary 20, 2009.  Easily the most sucessful of the Bush Administration initiatives, it will be remembered both for its stupidity and incredible popularity among those who thought Sarah Palin didn't need no book smarts.

Sorry sorry Didier!

My go to show is anything on HGTV

My wife and I think we might have a drinking game made up for "Rip & Renew" -- every time the aussie says "Architectural Details" you take a drink.

I've got a little crush on Sabrina Soto.  My wife make vicious fun of me for it.

HGTV, Lifetime (of course) and Food Network are my go to channels too.

HGTV...I end up yelling at those two cows who appear on every show to tell
people what they need to do to sell their home..."AAAANNNDDDD the
reason we think your home isn't selling IIIISSSS...."

I dig HGTV and Food Network.  Lifetime makes me want to cut my nuts off (funny enough most times my wife watches it she ends up wanting to do the same).

What are your favorite shows on HGTV and Food, Moyer?

Lifetime is high camp... I rarely watch an entire movie. I am addicted to
the Will and Grace reruns, and it's hilarious how much they mention
Lifetime in various episodes.

HGTV... I used to love the show with the goofy gardening guy with the
mustache, but not sure if it comes on. No real favorite now...they all sort
of blend together! I love Vern Yip and the tall blonde Amazon lady that
seems to get a new show every year on there.

Food Network... definitely Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.

Those two channels really just relax the hell out of me. They are very
comforting channels when I have a bad day.
