I love sausage. Not so much with the Tacos - but I'm having health concerns that are keeping me away from certain foods, so... tacos are pretty much out.
As for the food of my ancestors, though, I make a mean pot of Posole - pork or chicken - and not too bad a pot of albondegas. I sure hope I spelled those right! Juan? Victor? Anyone?
My favorite foods, though, are Ethiopian and Indian.
Oh, and diner food - nothing beats finding a diner, sitting at the counter with a book and a cup of coffee and a plate of sausage.

Moyer Hall : " it's "Burrito burrito taco taco"... I think... unless perrito means
something?"
Means "Doggy"

Pozole y Albondigas... You did it right Mike! Don't worry!
For me, Pozole with chicken... YUM!
And the Albondigas... are one of my favorites specially with chipotle.

Hm... so when you say sausage, Tom... do you mean that in the same transferred sense that Jodi started out with on the tacos?
Just to keep things... slightly bent. ;)
And somehow all the double meanings here suggests that tacos go with sausages, tacos go with tacos, and sausages go with sausages... Did I cover all angles?

There's always the dream of having two tacos with a sausage.

Fifteen is my limit on schnitzengruben.
Thank you for getting that Michael...

This makes no sense to me. Who'd want two when NONE will do! Personally, I'd rather the sausage sampler platter!

I don't like my sausages to big... but not to small either. I like manageable
sausages.

So, do you like them pig-in-a-blanket style, or just the unadorned
sausage?

I like my sausages with grilled onions...carmalized to perfection and served with spicy mustard.
Makes me want to visit Home Depot.

I'm picturing Madeline Khan as Empress of Rome singing: "Yes, no, no, no, no, yes, no, no, no, yes, yes, yes . . ."
