You Mexicans do some great things with chicken!  (Wait, channeling the parents of kids at my school -- many of whom are against illegal immigration but have... "help" working at the house.)

Well, hugging may or may not be involved. I mean who am I to judge. After all, there are people who enjoy to play a game of tug all in their lonesome... ;)

Have a Thanksgiving Ham instead...Or you could have a Roast Beast.

We have done all of those options...it helps if you have to attend two dinners.
