Ditto what Juan said. I'd add Barcelona to the list.

As long as the economy is in the tank, I think it's our patriotic duty to pay a small tax on smiles -- if you smile over 250,000 times a day. Normal smilers will not have to worry.
Well, sure of course not, until you see how they increase the toothiness tax. You think its the really happy people who will pay but the people that grimace or stand with their mouth agape will have to pay a larger toothiness tax.

Geoff -- you get a stipend to keep whatever toothiness you have now. Of course, you have to pay a tax on it, but the point is you're getting it! (And coincidentally, "taking" it at the same time)

Yes but deosn't that stipend flucuate depending on the number of teeth you have? What about capped teeth. I mean its hardly fair they have so much more toothiness!
Sadly, Tom, I could do this all day!

In the ever changing world of political correctness the tooth fairy has been renamed the tooth collection agent of unspecified sexual orientation. Please remember to update your employee handbooks with the appropriate terminology and have a day about which you feel happy, unless you are sad, then embrace your individual feelings about the day. Thank your for your cooperation.

Oh... well... Our money is going down... dollar is getting expensive by the minute -literally-, if things get going this way soon there'll be many problems in here in Mexico.
I need to keep in mind that I want to be happy!

Victor -- you owe me money for those smiles. I'll collect out of your fine, soft flesh -- which I bet won't STAY soft once I start collecting.
