I'm falling sleep... I need coffee... I need a coca-cola...

If something in my desk don't start to dance or sing, I'll die of boredom!

In this market I suspect it is a rough world!

You'd think, right?  But Eric sold nine houses last month (a company record)!  Yes, he earned in one month my entire yearly salary.  Sigh...

There's a couple things going on.  Yes, this horrible forclosure problem -- BUT investors are swooping in a snatching up property for almost nothing.  (The house across the street from us went on the market for $250K and we're seriously considering it.)

Also, with the anticipated administration change (woohoo!), new blood is coming in already.  Even Republicans need housing...

I fail to see how that could be a problem for your end.

Oh...... that's on your end....

My mistake. Carry on.

Lord, I apologize.....and be with the starving pygmies in New Guinea.

Okay, Brian, you've used up your allotment of that sort of joke for the day.  :)

I neglected to thank those of you who commented so nicely on my photos earlier today. I'm embarrased at the oversight. I appreciate the kind words, and as soon as I can find the time I will scan and post some more.
