Ah, the rough world of the real estate agent (says the guy who only had one class today).
In this market I suspect it is a rough world!

Mississippi is about as backwoods bigot country as you can get!
I kid... Miss is a pretty part of the country mostly, but definitely not a
destination. What part of Mississippi is he in?

The problem on MY end is that Eric works at home...
I fail to see how that could be a problem for your end.
Oh...... that's on your end....
My mistake. Carry on.
Lord, I apologize.....and be with the starving pygmies in New Guinea.

Oh okay... he's a little north of Jackson. Does he like it? I'm sure he's not
there for fun...Jackson's about a three hour drive from here. Too bad he isn't
closer, I'd drag him all over New Orleans!

Dylan has a great song about Mississippi.
It does include the lines "Only one thing I did wrong, Stayed in Mississippi a day too long" however.

Right now in Canton the temperature is 84 °F with 63% humidity. In Mexico City, we have 77°F with 32%. It's more bearable here!
Nice one David!

It's a gorgeous fall day here in Muskoka - sunny, blue skies, trees decked
out in brilliant scarlets, oranges and yellows on the hills, the lakes sparkling
crystal blue.
And I'm stuck inside working.
