Hello Everyone!

Howdy do, Juan!  Didn't want you to think your arrival killed participation.  Hopefully, everyone was like me and actually had some work to do today!

When we were looking for child care a few months back I kiddingly suggested an Au Pair, preferably 21, blonde and buxom.  My wife, brillant woman that she is, give me a look of steel, indicating that little fantasy was not something to even joke about.  And I then went to the Jewelry store!

Since i returned from vacations i've been having a lotta work in the office, and some demands from personal projects that my partner and i have together! it's nice to have this workload and try to keep up with what's going on here....

He just switched brokers, but works at home.  He'll go into the office a couple times a week for a few hours, but mostly just to check in and socialize.  Ah, the rough world of the real estate agent (says the guy who only had one class today).

We're headed down to St. Pete this weekend for some fun and frolic.  Leaving the "kids" with my sister.
