"Secret underground Canadian labs?"

They're not underground at all! (Permafrost, you know. Makes it impossible
to create secret underground labs...)

John Byrne

Homosexuality is, to me, one of the strongest proofs that our primary function here on Planet Earth (along with every other living thing) is reproduction. The drive is so overwhelming, that even people whom Nature would seem to have "programmed" to be doomed for extinction find ways to reproduce. Even when we eliminate closeted Gays (of which, alas, there are still many) who keep the genes in the pool, there are plenty of openly Gay couples who, thru donated sperm or eggs, have children of their own.

There's something of an irony there, of course -- the repressive cultures that keep Gays in hiding are effectively guaranteeing that homosexuality will never, as logic would insist it should, "breed out". By forcing Gays to pretend to be "normal", those cultures ensure that there will always be lots and lots of homosexuals out there corrupting and destroying
society.

Or, at least, that Musical Theater will endure!

I've long held on to the belief that there is a genetically programmed biological imperitative in most life forms to perpeptuate themselves. In my view, it is the species that seeks to perennate, not the individual. Sexual reproduction is one expression of this pressure and most humans do not escape it.

Anyway, that an interesting observation John. I wonder how the Bible belters would react to a proposal to breed out same-sex orientation individuals by actively encouraging them to come out and mix in.

Where do I go to help fund this?

Depends.  When does the Honeymoon end?  If it's after the first fight -- then the Honeymoon's WAY over.  If it's the year we have to get the thank-you cards out, like Emily Post says, then we still got a few months left.

Tom:

Are you still in Scotland or are you back in the USA?

(I love when I can quote Chuck Berry without meaning to!)

I'm a passionate football fan

Tom:

Aren't you a Jets fan?  Tell your gay friends who do not follow football that being a Jets fan has significant and real drama!  Thats understanding (and in many ways embracing) tragedy.  My brother, who is otherwise a wonderful human being, is raising my poor little nephew to know such pain instead of raising him in the true faith!

The Honeymoon is over when the wedding novelty and euphoria wear off and reality starts setting in. This mostly involves leaving that wonderful twosome bubble and re-admitting other people into your day-to-day reality.

My wife and I delayed taking our honeymoon by about 6 months, so we had two bouts of marriage-related euphoria that year (and two-bouts of post-euphoria).
