This is hilarious...and SUCH a beautifully rendered scene. From the figures, to their expressions to the detailed backgrounds. Wow. Sombody got their money's worth and then some!

Nice!!!

Two of my favorite characters in one picture!

I wonder how Selina will con her way out of this, assuming if it works on Doom (and that's a very longshot!).

Of course, Batman will show up in the next second and distract Doom while Selina makes her getaway.

For some weird reason I don't like to be the 15th person in these commission threads saying 'Awesome!' even though I enjoy every one. But this one, and my druinken state, make me say 'SUPER AWESOME!'

These most recent commissions are the absolute best I think.  The only thing I can't wrap my head around is the mixed universe thing people have been asking, though I can see the fun.  If that had been Black Cat, then it would be a perfect idea IMO.

Wow.  What a wonderfully original idea.  And the actual execution of this idea by JB is just incredible.  Seeing it now, almost 8pm in RI, is like another Father's day gift for me.  Selina's expression is perfect, but this commission really shows what I was trying to articulate in the Batman commission from a couple days ago.  The amount of texture JB achieves from ink on paper is amazing.  Selina's gloves and boots, her hair, the carpet, the wooden table, the candle, and Doom's armor.  All created with the same implements but all look realistic.  Leather, wood, cloth, wax and metal.  Thank you for sharing with us JB.

Wonderful commission!  These crossovers have been unexpected and have drawn some outstanding work from you, JB.  Congrats to the owner and thanks for sharing!

Love the use of shadow!
Excellent idea for a commission Laren.

The fact that Selina made it that far into Doom's castle indicates that Doom has a use for her.
He deactivated all of the laser blasters and destroyerbots so he could study her moves while getting a full bio-scan on her. Next he tells her that she has a task that she WILL perform involving his time platform and some historical 'lost' treasure!

Great piece, one of the best so far!  Like others, I'm anticipating the arrival of the Batman at any moment!
The first Cat story is a fun read, I think it counts as the first Catwoman, you can see that Batman was attracted to Catwoman from the start.  It's a fun read, the best part is seeing how young Robin can't understand some of Batman's crazy thinking about the Cat!

Oh, wonderful! Particularly the expressions (and that includes the body
language).

I find interesting what seems to be the slice of time represented. The
focus is on the moment, of course; the moment Catwoman realizes Doom
knows she's there. But I love the way the time captured in the panel
extends forward and back a little as well; her gestures of "having just
picked up the jewel and hearing a noise and starting to turn" and his of
"having opened the door and taken in the scene and waited for her to
turn around." And into the future with his impatient reaction to "yes, I
see you, you can turn around now" and her beginning to think "Okay, now
what?"

Sorry, babbling. It just seemed to clarify for a moment for me how time
_should_ be handled in a single panel.
