Yet Alan Scott's costume is remarkably credible as done by JB ... elegant,
even!

••

In MAN OF LA MANCHA, when Don Quixote dies, Aldonza refuses to accept
it, saying a man died, but Don Quixote did not. "Believe, Sancho," she says.

That should be the mantra for anyone called upon to make a superhero
movie, or draw a superhero comic. Believe. . .

Man I just have to comment more:

Love the perspective and overall layout of the piece, appropriately showcasing every character.

The Tinkerer looks great

I really enjoy how Green Lantern breaks the border with his cape, swooping in from the left.

This is just a fantastic piece!  I personally have no attachment to the Alan Scott Green Lantern, but if you replaced him with Spider-Man, this would be at the top of my list of commissions that make me jealous!

Congrats to the owner/commissioner.

I love the way you drew the Crime Master's mask (among many many other things in the drawing obviously).  Crime Master has always been my favorite villian in old Spider-man lore.  Really cool idea and as usual even better execution.

I love the idea of using some early, largely forgotten Lee/Ditko Spider-Man villains -- the Terrible Tinkerer, the Living Brain, the first Spider-Slayer, even the Crime-Master. Wow!
