Those ALPHA FLIGHT pages bring back some odd memories. The reader who wrote in to point out to me that Judd is bald so it would be impossible for the barfly to "muss his hair". Don Thompson "reveiwing" the first issue and complaining that calling Judd "Puck" was like calling an American hero "Horsehide". Also expressing displeasure because he had expected Puck to be in some way a reference to Robin Goodfellow, the Puck of Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream". (Don'tcha love it when a complaint boils down to "I guessed wrong, so the book is wrong!"?)

Gotta love those punchcards, tho!!
