Are there any other genres like steampunk? I think I'm more of a Neo Deco guy.. is there such a thing? Deco Punk? Like Maria from Metropolis. Or C-3PO

I agree with Jensen - I love the idea of Steam-Punk, but it's too British for me - (my appologies to my UK pals!) - I much prefer the Rocketeer type stuff - from the 30's, Rocketeer, the Shadow, Indy Jones, etc

I love steampunk, a friend of mine told me about it and I had no idea what it was, but it is so cool, I steampunked a small air fliter that was on my nightstand and it looks really great now.
If any of you remember the TV show Wild Wild West, they had gadgets that were kind of steampunked

JB, what did you do that would fit in this genre?

You don't have to look too far in my work before you find the characteristic
elements of what has come to be called Steampunk. I've long had a
fondness for big rivets and the like! Look at some of my Nazi robots, for
instance.
