He has a Ms. Marvel head shot that was drawn by Aaron Lopresti originally, no credit given to Aaron...

Well, at least he put "After John Byrne" in the description of this one:

Doesn't look like he posted it, but rather the person who bought that commission. I've yet to find one instance where he gives credit where credit is due.
This man has no scruples. He's not drawing, he's tracing. I just wonder how many people know that what he's selling are pure copies?

Is inking something in any way considered "after..."? Honestly, isn't it still the work of the penciller? After sounds like an homage to me.

Didn't Chris Rock's character in the 'Jay And Silent Bob Strike Back' movie make a comment about inkers being nothing more than tracers?

Good inkers do far more than just trace.

It's the permission of the person who paid for the commission and, where applicable, the copyright holder(s).

It was in Chasing Amy, some kid said it to Jason Lee, and Kevin Smith kinda ruined inkers forever with that stupid line. Now every time I put a pen to something or I try and explain what inkers do to civilians I get them quoting that.

For years I've resisted the urge to throw my hat into the ring and have a go at professional illustration because I don't feel I'm good enough; nevertheless, I am continually astounded at some of the godawful art that has been foisted on the paying public every month for years. And now, after checking this clown's "gallery" out, I find that people can make a living blatantly ripping off someone else's work with abandon. There is no justice. He doesn't even have the originality to apply a little individual style to his pirated pieces - they may as well be photocopies of the originals. There is no difference between this garbage and copying a Metallica track, burning it to CD, whacking your name on the front and selling it online. Pure and utter IP theft.
Cheers!
Mal

Ray Kryssing is, I feel, a very good inker. But I haven't seen his name
on a comic in awhile though. Maybe he can't get work? Maybe he has
another job and does this on the side for extra cash? Maybe he's trying to put food on the table for his kids? I don't know.
What I do know is he should probably credit whichever artist he is recreating the
artwork from but that's no reason to crucify the guy. If you don't agree with what's he's doing, don't buy his work. If you feel extra strong about it, email him and let your feelings be known, politely. There's no need for the name calling on this forum, especially if the guy can't defend himself.
