I think JB's original post is still the most pertinent.
Kryssing wouldn't be doing this if no one supported him and paid him to do so.
Anyone, even I, could simply trace a drawing with a light box. There is no talent in that. This appears to be what Kryssing is doing. If we weren't all lazy ("we" as a society and "lazy" as a society) we wouldn't even give this guy $.25 for this sort of complete copying. If he were changing it, even a little bit and adding something of himself to the 'interpretation', that would be a different matter, but he's not.

You are left with the distinct impression that the artwork is his own. If you are new to collecting or even searching for a gift for someone else. There is no way to tell that he his a total sham and a hack.

I just sent the Ebay seller, this question......
You call this an "original" piece, and it is not. It is a swipe of work John Byrne did for the BATMAN / CAPTAIN AMERICA book. I see no credit given to Byrne in your description for this piece. "Originall" means just that...ORIGINAL..not a copy or swipe of someone elses work. I would appreciate your input regarding this matter. Doc

Again?
Didn't this guy try to sell this before? Sometime in the last few months?
And can't this be shut down by eBay for misrepresentation?

"Great artist"?? For him, it's nothing more than a paint-by-numbers.

Yeah, Ray inked myself and Bart Sears back when we were doing X-O for Valiant/ Acclaim. He did a fine job too. I'm pretty shocked to see him doing stuff like this on his web-site and selling them. There is a Green Lantern on his site I drew and he doesn't credit me either...
