I have two Frank Cho originals from University 2 between '94-95 framed together in the studio.  Purchased both for $50 each in '97 back in my liaison days.  One is the "Mind if I smoke" strip and the other is the detailed "Just felt like drawing a chimp" because I'm such a monkey freak!

Thanks, Michael. I found it accidentally on eBay, and spent two days pondering placing a bid, and when I finally did I was absolutely amazed that nobody else bid on it.

The same thing happened to me. Picked up a JR JR Daredevil sketch cheap simply because nobody bid on it.  Waited three days and was very surprised when it happened.

I collect Playboy originals...not sure if they fit the definition of "comic strip"...

I have a Side Glances by Gil Foxx.

I tied him in a race to the picnic table when I was 7 at a park I no longer remember.  He sent me the strip (panel) in the mail for my birthday.

I was 8, and I remember looking at the inkwash, and the brushwork.

(I know what to call them now, back then I was just astounded).

He passed a few years ago, miss you GF!

These are very nice strips.  I'm a huge Doug Wildey fan, has any of you own or have see an original strip from him?
