Is there a reason there quotes around many of the sound effects?

I picked up my copy at Midtown Comics this afternoon. You'll be pleased to
know that FX was on display front and center at the registers as one of their
featured titles of the week.

FX was also in the front rack among the week's recommended list at my local comic store. I picked it up yesterday and read it today. Great stuff! Having read the ashcan previously, I already knew the story, but it was fantastic to see the black and white art brought to life in color at full size. I'm definitely looking forward to issue no. 2.

JB, the character's face in the last panel is awesome!

Wayne, I remember watching that Six Million Dollar Man vs. Bigfoot episode! It was a good one.

Let's see some FX vs. Bigfoot action in a future issue.

Having read the ashcan a few months back, it's great to see everybody
enjoying the first issue. I will pick up issue one so I can see it in color - the
few color peeks I have seen have been great.

Congrats to JB and Wayne on some fine storytelling!!
