I stopped by the LCS by work at lunch and sure enough, there it was.  They ordered about 6 copies or so.  I couldn't resist giving it a quick flip through, it looks really good.  Its waiting for my at the LCS by home (hopefully)

Just wanted to soak up the JB art.  It's been one of the pleasures of the galleries - getting to really study the art outside the comic.

Great Old School Goodness:
= set up
= origin story
= action thru-out
= mysteries
= flat color
= teaser for more

Congrats, Wayne & JB! This is a fun comic!

I have an issue with the rubber stamp. It is Marvel Megazine #5.

Looking forward to reading FX.

That's the same comic I have with the rubber stamp, Michael. I had him add a "To Paul" before the stamp!

JB was in Kansas City eons ago. I couldn't go. I gave a buddy two comics to get signed. One was the Marvel Age with the Fantastic Four and him and the MM#5. I got them the following Monday. He signed the Marvel Age. Then I looked at the other. At first I was like what the....until it dawned on me. A reprinted JB signature for a JB reprint comic.

I am still kicking myself for not going.

The rubber stamp has been about 99.9999999% successful. Only a few complaints. In fact, some people have begggggged me to use it on their non-reprint comics! Imagine the horrors that would unleash!

I got mine today and HOORAY!

I am very happy for you Wayne.  You are one of the good guys and you deserve to see all your dreams come true.

It doesn't hurt that I am getting a regular fix of JB comics either.

Thanks, John.

P. S.  This almost sounds like a signing is not totally out of the question.  Do you have any appearences planned anywhere this year?

please, please, please, hope, hope, hope...

Excellent work Wayne. Very enjoyable read.
-My daughter (age 7) is reading it as I type this-
When she saw page 13, she said "Whoah, that's a big monkey!"

Lots of great decisions here. (Page Numbers!Colour)

••

Yes. Tends to discourage the straight-to-eBay crowd.
