I wonder if Robbie Parry has seen/read these issues?  I know he likes the crossover hero/villain swap scenarios !

One of my favorite Alan Davis "moments" from Iron Man #64 !  The first time I read this, I was ROTFLOL for several minutes !

Although I usually prefer text to little or no text in comics, there are some moments in comics that work wonderfully without text !  Steranko has a classic example here from Nick Fury Agent of Shield Special Edition #1 !

We've been talking about "our Pal Sal" over at the Pull List 3/12/08 thread.  How about some classic Sal from Defenders # 2 !  BTW: These are the Defenders !

Can anyone identify the artists on this cover?  Is it Frank Robbins and Joe Sinnott or ?  Whoever they are, this is a great action shot !

Great P Craig Russel Image from Marvel Fanfare #6. It reminds me of Mike
Mignola's early Marvel work.

That Steranko page was paid a homage by Michael Golden in a X-Men
annual. I think I'll have to help myself to a copy of that image there.

The Invaders image feels like Robbins bt I'm not sure. Looks great, as is the
Kirby.

I wish current comics art wasn’t so shiny.

I like the simplicity of Chris Sprouse's work. Not so cartooned out. Quality
line work.
