I just ordered 5 DC figures yesterday, 4 were villains. My collection is heading in the same direction.

So far I have 16 DC figures, of which 6 are villains.

Force of Nature is closest. He is literally "one with the universe", and his "job" is to weed, to prune, to challenge and test. He guides the universe toward its ultimate fate -- which, in the end, probably makes him the greatest hero of the bunch!

That's the idea.
And if the planet manages to survive his visit, the planet is somehow
intrinsically improved.

What is Galactus' conscience like? I mean, you can't hate a hurricane. But Galactus is sentient. Hard not to hate him, even if your planet survives.
