On a related point, are these charachters really even sidekicks any more?
Speaking about the last 10-15 years.....
How often did you see Kid Flash/Impulse actually do anything with Wally since he was created? Not including the stories that included the whole speed team (Jay, Max, Jonny, Jessie)
How many times was Kon El even shown in the same panel as Clark ever?
Same thing with Wonder Girl, rarely even doing anything with Diana.
Tim does occasionally work cases with Bruce, and they DO live in the same house (still right?), but not all that many. I would think that of all the regular DCU Batman books (not All Star) one of them would be dedicated to showig them as a team together.
The new Speedy DOES act a lot like a sidekick, having pretty much all of her page time occur with Ollie.
