I'm excited.  Congrats, Wayne!

I'm really not trying to be negative but the pages looked pretty garish and I think I figured out what is wrong with them:

The newsprint effect seems to add more life to it...and I DON'T KNOW WHY!!!

Can't wait for this to be released. Looks like a fun read.

Nice interview, Wayne. You are destined to superstardom.

Nice sneaky little bombshell about the Lorne story. 2008 the year of Byrne!!

"I am drawing a 4 page Lorne story for IDW. It's in a whimsical style, and part
of their post-ANGEL storylines."

Well, JB, if you're doing a Lorne short then can we expect a podcast where you sing the Lorne parts to complete the effect? As George Lucas once said "Sound is 50% of a movie". Or a television show or as in this case a comic book based on a television show.

FX looks better and better as time passes. I just can't wait for it. My internet access doesn't allow me to enter Newsarama here at work, I will have to wait to comment on the interview. In any case, best of luck to your effort, Wayne and John (and I imagine having the solicitaions read like "Wayne Osborn and John Byrne" must be a dream come true!).

Anyway, I am also looking forward to JB tangling the Buffyverse. This is something of a good timing... I really hope JB starts drawing the regular Angel series.

I'm getting an old JSA vibe (the glasses seem to scream Axis at me)!

Lovely!
