A lot of my favorites were taken so I'll try something different

Male- Firestorm (Moon Knight pretty good too)

Female- Huntress, current version

Male:  Batman, I think.  It's a great costume that seems to give the artist lots of room to play with moods and poses.

Female:  Ms. Marvel.  The current style, that is similar to the Phoenix' costume.

Limiting myself to one costume/gender is tough.

I might have to go with
Alan Scott's green lantern
and
Moonstone.

Seeing all these Huntress picks makes me realize how much I liked the Earth-2 Huntress and Power Girl.  Those were two characters that were done right.  I miss Helena Wayne.
