I was wondering what JB's version of the Cassady-designed Cyclops outfit would look like, and now I know! Very cool!

I always thought Scott's uniform kinda reflected a lack of imagination on Scott's part? It got WAY too flamboyant!

Isn't that an insult to Jean Grey?

It's not a commission. I did it to see what it would look like.

Wow  JB, you even made that costume look good.  Is there no limit to your god-like artistic powers?

Most important is that no one should ever mess with Cyclops' traditional color-scheme: bright blue! (just kidding)

The current look for Cyclops is the best costume he's had in years, IMHO.

And thanks for the drawing, JB. You make it look even cooler. How long did it take you?

Wow! I really like the Cassaday version drawn by Byrne. It's almost erfect. I guess that means John won't alter the Marvel figurine or am I reading too much into it?

Wish John was the artist on Astonishing X-Men. Much as I like Cassaday, John is THE X-Men artist for me. At the very least, a Cyclops mini...

Wish I could afford to buy this drawing (if it will even be for sale, that is).

Sure it is. (I'll bet Jim Warden is already getting emails about that!)
