Superman vs. Galactus.  You might have to give Superman his pre-reboot power to stand a chance though.

Post-"Reign of the Superman" Superman vs Secret Wars II Beyonder. I want to
see who wins out in a battle of mullet vs jheri curls.

My serious answer would be Superman vs Fin Fang Foom. Just because I
think it would look cool.

Superman vs Ghost Rider

JB's Superman vs  GFW Godzilla- in the middle of down town Metropolis.  Imagine him trying to fight something that big, while also trying to protect people at the same time and Godzilla shooting his fire.  Man of Steel vs the King of the Monsters.

I'd figure Superman vs. Nexus would be a cool battle (art by the Dude, natch!). The Man of Steel trying to stop an interstellar executioner has a built-in conflict all ready-made.

I would also like to see Superman vs Hellboy because  I'd like to see the inevitable moment in which  Hellboy slugs Superman with that big right hand.

For a real obscure match-up, I'd suggest Superman vs, Diabolik, the Italian thief/anarchist/anti-hero who usually seems a step ahead of his foes.

In a more whimsical light, I'd like to see Superman team with the Powerpuff Girls (in Tartakowsky art style) to battle the Luthor-Mojo Jojo team (with assorted hench people and freaky monsters).

Robbie opened with an intriguing match up in Zoom Vs. Superman.  I wouldn't mind seeing that.
