Each of them are in pencil, and light weight paper:

Looking at those Sawyer/Turpin pages reminds me of of just how naive I was when I first read the issue. I TOTALLY missed the lesbian aspect of that story (But then again, I was flabberghasted when Northstar 'came out' so go figure!).

I was at the Raptus convention in Bergen over the weekend, and got this beauty. Mike Perkins and Mike Collins had a show where they each inked the same extremely loose Wolverine pencils (i.e. same image traced onto 2 different sheets). (There was no rendering, weighting of lines or spotting of blacks in the pencils, just the basic forms and planes. )

This is the one inked by Mike Perkins. The one inked by Mike Collins is quite good looking, too. Two very talented inkers/artists.

Picked up this piece at the NJ COMICARTCON last weekend.

RICK LEONARDI - BATMAN!
MAN my eyes lit up when I came across this piece.
I have been a fan of Leonardi's work for oner twenty years but NEVER imagined that I'd own an origin piece of his work.

Thank you Jim Warden for making the trip to NJ, and making it possible to own this piece.

Purchased this one off ebay a couple of days ago, by Sal Buscema.

Can't wait to see it in person.
