Wilson, Kubert was doing the sketches on a separate piece of paper when he started the 100 sketches. He changed the policy to the inside cover by the time Roger and I ordered ours.

Did you guys get to pick what characters you wanted, or was it a surprise when you received the book? I think they are all gorgeous! Thanks for sharing, guys.

I did ask for the Unkown Soldier. But I was told there was no guarantee that he would do requests.

Shaun, it's all about helping fellow collectors. We should all share in this opportunity.
Wilson, Kubert is not doing any stand alone sketches. The deal is only with the trade. Some of the ealier buyers were lucky in getting a sketch on a separate sheet of paper. His website clearly states he is not doing this any longer.

For those of you that have received the Kubert sketch what was the turnaround time? After I ordered the email stated that it would ship in 24 hours, which I thought was pretty quick.

Thanks for the info Paul. I went to the site yesterday and ordered the book but I did not specify a character. Which ever character he draws, will be fine with me.

Well, I can't swing one of the Joe Kubert books right now, but this was purchased before Xmas, and Geof finished it up today..this was a case of wanting Spidey and Sasquatch fighting someone tough..
