I only own a few pieces. Will dig out my sketch book / other Con sketches and post, but for now this is a piece I picked up from Kevin Maguire at NY ComicCon a few years back (my first and only US Convention to date). Main reasons for getting this include:
- Examples of facial expressions (main reason I like KM's work)
- It is in PENCIL
- The pencil has different line weights (I've heard of many instances of 'inking with a pencil', and this seems a prime example). I know that may people prefer that inkers add the weight to line (as do I in most instances), but I just liked this example.

Nice Frenz pages! I can't get enough of his work. His artwork is underrepresented in this thread in my opinion!

Totally agree, Joe! His are some of the few modern pieces I collect, because the art has an old-school approach that reflects what I enjoy about 'Super-Heroes': larger than life heroics, derring-do, and most importantly, FUN. Can't get enough of Frenz/Buscema!
