Looking at that page from Namor at the top of this page led to me looking at DOA again, which then led to me ordering an awesome page of JB art which is now on its way in the post from Jim Warden.

Excitement!

Will post a scan when it arrives. A beautiful piece of art.

Here's a recent arrival, a commission of the silver age X-Men by Colleen Coover.  You can check out the full-size version over at Kraalo.

Mom's are pretty cool, Joe. I love those splashes JB did for 4th World. They were great establishing shots for the story.

The Baltazar homage to the Jae Lee Wolverine cover is a hoot!

I lucked into this piece after meeting Roland Paris at the 2010 NYCC. Roland was a nice guy and had the pages he inkeed from the Shaadowland Spider-Man one-shot with him. I was blown away by the power of this double-splash page that he had inked over Paulo Siqueira's blueline pencils. The scan doesn't do it justice and the colored copies that readers received with computer "enhancement", complete with blurring effect to depict movement really cheated fandom out of seeing all of the beauty of this piece. This is, by far, the most impressive page in the book and incredible to behold:

Lucked out in stumbling on these pages within a very short period of time after publication... this page is from the same fight sequence...
