Just back from SPACE...the Black Racer piece is incredible. Scioli seemed as enthusiastic about it as I was! I also picked up two more sketches at the show.

...and Hellboy by Guy Davis.
Guy seemed like a really nice, er....guy. He agreed with me that three letter first names are the best kinds.

Joe, the Scioli is great. I love it. I think it is the best commission I've seen from him so far. I'm also glad you got to meet Guy Davis. He is one of the nicest folks in the biz. David, the Sal piece turned out amazing.

Paul,
Glad you like the Scioli piece. I told him it was your Darkseid commission from a couple years back that got me interested in his work. I have lots of ideas for commissions from him!

Wow John, congrats! Saw that on his blog and have been keeping a close eye on his site due to my own commission ordered from him about 7 weeks ago.

The mailman's been good to me recently and it's finally scanned so I've got some new stuff to show.
From our very own Thanos Kollias I got this Legion of Doom. Well, the Legion of Doom as I saw them as a kid - featuring the only DC villains comic villains I knew.
Another version of the Legion from Tony DelaCruz and Levi Skeen from deviantArt. This time as I saw them as a teenager. Yes, I am a geek.
Plus I got this from Danny McDaid, the artist of Jersey Gods. He's such a great guy.
