Wow nice catches Brian/// though I had no idea that there was a NYC Con this weekend. Did they promote it at all? I'd have loved to go to something, since I have nothing on the books until this summer.

Fred----The show was run by the guys who did the Big Apple shows. They had a limited promotion, the first post cards were distributed at the Wizard New York show back in Oct. Basically, this one day show will only be held once a year and will only be a one day show. The next time they will hold is it Feb. 28, 2011. The website for the New York Comic Book Marketplace is http://www.nycbm.com According to the owners, when they sold the Big Apple to Wizard, it was with the agreement that they would only do a single one day show every year. Basically, Wizard put in a non-competition clause. The show was held at the Hotel Pennsylvania across from MSG. I was among those who voiced that we wished they had not sold the show to Wizard. Especially, since Wizard is determined to run the show the same weekend as the New York Comic con, this coming Oct.

Really like that JH Williams piece -- he's a holy grail for me -- and now he seems impossible now that he's on a Batbook!
